Welcome to NEO Boot Camp! Our mission is to empower you to become your strongest self by pushing your limits in the Loading Zone. We have taken great care to hire expert strength coaches, provide the best equipment, and create an environment that is both challenging and supportive.  FAQs

  • Our sessions are intense, full-body strength training workouts! Each session lasts 45 minutes. Be prepared to lift heavy and build muscle!

  • Our sessions are uniquely designed based on scientific research, which shows that 80% of strength gains can be achieved within 40 minutes of high-intensity training. We call this our 80/40 method. This efficient approach ensures that you maximize your results without spending more time than necessary in the gym, leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your day.

  • Absolutely! Our expert coaches will position you towards the back of the class for your first session and guide you through a modified version of the workout. This approach ensures you gradually build up your strength and technique safely and effectively.

  • Yes! However, please note that we release spots exactly 2 minutes prior to the start of the session. If you’re running late, give us a call to ensure we hold your spot.

  • You should wear any type of athletic clothing that feels comfortable, but we recommend moisture-wicking fabrics and pants that are snug at the ankles during deadlift days to ensure a safe and effective workout. Men are required to wear a shirt or tank top during sessions.

  • Yes! For our strength training sessions, you might need a lifting belt, wrist wraps, and lifting straps to support your workouts. These items help enhance your performance and ensure safety while lifting heavy weights.

  • Check in with our front desk iPad! Additionally, you can download our mobile app to conveniently check into your class once you’re within 50 meters of our facility.

  • Create an account for yourself on our website and proceed to the purchase page. Select your desired package. Once that’s done, make sure to go back and click the reserve button to choose your spot for the session.

  • To cancel a session you reserved using a class credit, you can do so without penalty by canceling online, through our mobile app, or by calling our facility no later than 5:00 PM the evening before your scheduled session. If you cancel by this time, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel after 5:00 PM the evening before your session, the class credit will be forfeited.

    Please note that cancellations via email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or text message are not accepted, and you will be charged.

  • If you fail to attend a session or call to cancel, your scheduled class will be forfeited. For members with no card on file, your package will be frozen until you update your card details. For a detailed view of our full cancellation policy, you can visit our website here.

  • At NEO Boot Camp, we welcome the whole family to join in on the strength-building fun! Here are the requirements for kids participating in our sessions:

    • Minimum age 10

    • Must be accompanied by a legal guardian in the same class

    • Must have approval from a medical physician to perform physical activity

    Please note:

    When bringing your young trainee to the session, please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early so our team can properly assist with any necessary setup. We also accommodate various equipment needs to ensure a safe and effective workout for all ages. Please be aware, our playlist may include explicit music.
