Expect a high-energy, efficient, full-body strength training session! In just 45 minutes, you’ll build muscle, boost your strength, and feel accomplished. We’ve designed each session to maximize results without taking up more of your busy day.

Our 15-15-15 Method ensures you get the most out of every minute:
• 15 minutes of strength-building exercises to enhance power.
• 15 minutes of core-focused work to improve stability.
• 15 minutes of toning and sculpting to define muscles.
This efficient structure means you can work hard, see results, and get back to your schedule without sacrificing quality.

Absolutely! Our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way. For your first session, we’ll ensure you feel supported with modifications tailored to your starting point, so you can safely build strength and confidence.

Yes! Spots are held until 2 minutes before the session starts. If you’re running late, just give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, preferably moisture-wicking fabrics. Pants snug at the ankles are best for leg days, ensuring safety. Men are required to wear a shirt or tank top. Above all, wear what makes you feel confident and ready to move!

No special gear is required to get started. As you progress, you may want to invest in optional equipment like lifting belts, wrist wraps, or lifting straps to enhance performance and safety.

1. Check in at the front desk iPad or via our mobile app.
2. Head to the open area before the Loading Zone.
3. Warm up with our video by scanning the QR code labeled “Warm Up,” or access it at HERE.

2. Purchase your desired package.
3. Click the “Reserve” button to secure your spot.

Life happens, and we get it! Cancel online, via the mobile app, or by calling us 12 hours before your session.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of your session will forfeit the session credit
• We cannot accept cancellations via email, social media, or text

If you fail to attend a session or call to cancel, your scheduled class credit will be forfeited.
NEO Elite and Core Members: A no-show fee of $25 will apply.

The booking window for both tiers opens every Saturday at 11:00 AM, giving you plenty of time to plan for the week ahead.
